  4. Password Corral is a program to organize all your network
  5. and system passwords in one, secure place. PC uses DES
  6. encryption to protect your information.

  8. Password Corral is FREE. This does not mean Public Domain.
  9. Please see the legal section of this file for more
  10. information.

  12. Password Corral is not for use outside of the USA or
  13. Canada. See the legal section for more information.

  21. Installation/Uninstallation:

  23. Password Corral has been tested on Windows 95, but should
  24. correctly Windows NT 3.51 and Windows NT 4.0. We make no
  25. promises as to it's functionality on platforms other than
  26. Windows 95.

  28. To install Password Corral, uncompress the zip file that
  29. contains the program and run SETUP.EXE. To uninstall
  30. Password Corral, go to the Control Panel and select
  31. 'Add/Remove Programs'. From the resulting dialog box
  32. select Password Corral and click the 'Add/Remove...'
  33. button. The software will automatically be removed.

  38. Single repository for passwords:
  39. Password Corral provides you with one location to store
  40. your passwords and access them with just one. Never forget
  41. a password again!

  43. Password descriptions:
  44. Give each password it's own informative description.

  46. DES encryption:
  47. Password Corral uses DES encryption to keep your sensitive
  48. information away from prying eyes.

  50. Multiple user accounts on a single PC:
  51. You can set up any number of Password Corral accounts on a
  52. single PC. Your unique password gives you, and only you,
  53. access to your information.

  55. Export passwords to other PC's:
  56. You can export your passwords to a REG file and then
  57. import them to another PC by simply right-clicking on the
  58. REG file and selection 'Merge'. The REG file is protected
  59. by the same DES encryption.

  75. you're running Password Corral on (e.g., Dell model xxx
  76. with 16Mb RAM, Pentium 120MHz), and your operating system
  77. (Win95 or NT and it's version number). Also include a list
  78. of hardware in your PC that you might think is
  79. contributing to the problem. Include steps to reproduce the
  80. problem if possible. Also make sure to include your e-mail
  81. address so we can contact you if necessary.
